Noida : Today at the News Next Conference 2019, Editor-in-Chief, India News, Deepak Chaurasia was one of the panelist who shared his ideas regarding “Ratings, Propaganda and perspective in front of editors while telling compelling stories”.

Speaking to Ten News about fake news that has been pinching audiences from past many years, Deepak Chaurasia said,

“This is very simple thjng to understand. It’s just that we are the one who spread these fake news and we are only one who can cure this issue in Indian media. Today, we share whatever we feel like, on various social media platforms we use and we don’t think even for once that we should know that what we are sharing is true or not !”

Fake news or junk news or pseudo-news is a type of yellow journalism or propaganda that consists of deliberate disinformation or hoaxes spread via traditional print and broadcast news media or online social media.

“We should wait for the right thing rather then rushing to release anything for getting attention from the viewers”, Deepak Chaurasia added.
