Seven encounters in 24 hours, UP Police intensifies fight against criminals!

Since Yogi government took charge  of Uttar Pradesh, State police had started hunting criminals and within around an year hundreds of encounters have been conducted. However in last few days further speeding up their strike police had conducted seven encounters in just 24 hours in different parts of western Uttar Pradesh. Out of which 3 encounters took place in Gautam Budh Nagar district alone.

Today in an encounter done in the early hours in phase III area of Noida a criminal Shravan Chowadary having a bounty of 1 lakh was shot dead.

Sophisticated weapon like Ak-47 was recovered from him. During the crossfire ADG Meerut Prashant Kumar was briskly saved after receiving the gun bullets because on his bullet proof jacket.

Another encounter took place in Greater Noida under Dadri Police Station  on Saturday evening where a criminal wasarrested after the gunfight where he got injured with bullet.

He was also having a bounty of 25 thousand on his head.

Two more criminal were arrested under Dankur Police Station after the gunfight as they were fleeing after conducting a loot from a nearby area when they were shot and arrested latter. 

A similar encounter took place in Ghaziabad where too a criminal was arrested having a bounty of 25 thousand on his head after a gunfight.

Also Saharanpur police shot dead a criminal having a bounty of 1 lakh on his head. As per reports he was running after robbing a farmer of who is carrying cash 1 lakh and on his bike.

In another encounter done in Muzaffarnagar, 2 criminal were shot and a police inspector was also got injured during the encounter. The criminals were having a number of cases  on them of extortion , murder etc.
