Shashi Tharoor bats for enactment of #MaSuKa

Senior Congress leader, Dr Shashi Tharoor today said that, #MaSuKa (Manav Suraksha Kanoor) needs to be introduced as a law to ensure there eradication of vandalism from the country.

In my capability as a Member of Parliament, Tharoor said, I will try to bring #MaSuKa using Private Members bill.

“It’s unfortunate that today, instead of deliberating upon the issues of development, we are striving to ensure protection of citizens of the country from mob-violence. The lynchings get away with impunity and there is no one to hold the perpetrators responsible,” Tharoor said.
