Subhkamna Techomes Investors-Buyers allege duping by builder

In today’s protest march organized against Noida builders, Subhkamna Techomes buyer fraternity raised strong voice against their project builder for inordinate delay.

A Shubhkamna Techomes buyer said, “The project was started in 2010 and was projected as a real-estate project tailor made for government officers. Lot of people from navy, army, air-force and other government agencies have taken flats in this project. However since 2013 the construction has completely stopped on the site. People have paid almost 90 to 95% cost of their project but the project as of now is sealed. We see no hope from the builder and we request government for intervention”.

Some buyers of the project also alleged that many flats have been sold to 3-4 people. Cases are registered against the builder at Economic Offence Wing.
At Subhkamna Techomes around 550 of 600 flats are already sold-out.⁠⁠⁠⁠
