#SupremeCourt starts hearing Congress – JD(S) petition challenging Governor’s order in #Karnataka
SC three judge bench has started hearing the petition in Court 6. Abhishek Manu Singhvi is appearing for Congress & JD(S), Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Tushar Mehta for Union govt & former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi for BJP. The petition is filed by Cong & JD(S) challenging Karnataka Governor’s decision.
