Taliban abduct at least 40 passengers in Dara-e-Soof #Afghanistan
Taliban abduct at least 40 passengers in Dara-e-Soof district in Samangan province on Sunday morning, Mohammad Munir Rahimi, Samangan police spokesman, confirmed. Rahimi said the passengers were on their way to Balkh province.
