Hundreds of workers are busy day and nights for making Stage, Pandals and Stalls of 14th Ganesh Mahotsav to welcome well known “Dilli Ka Maharaja”, one of the biggest Ganesh Mahotsav to be organized by Sri Ganesh Sewa Mandal at DDA Mini Stadium, Bank Enclave, Laxmi Nagar from 17th to 27th September 2015 . Founder Chairman of Shri Ganesh Seva Mandal, Shri Mahendra Ladda said this year our 14th Ganesh mahotsav will be different from previous years . he said that this year A huge Eco-Friendly 12 feet Idol of Lord Ganesha and performance by Famous Singer, Actor and M.P Manoj Tiwari will be main attraction of “Dilli Ka Maharaja”- 14th Ganesh Mahotsav at Laxminagar. This year we also change our tradition of Shobha Yaatra on inauguralday and we will start Shobhayaatra and kalash sthapna ceremony at 4 o’clock in evening instead of morning
This festival is now celebrating in many Colonies and Mostly home in Delhi not only by Marathian Family but mostly north Indian family celebrated this Festival on large scale in Delhi and NCR. Founder Chairman of Shri Ganesh Seva Mandal, Shri Mahendra Ladda, who celebrated 14th Ganesh Utsav 2015 at Laxmi Nagar in Delhi from last 14 Year said, In Delhi and NCR there are more than 50 small and big organization who celebrated this Festival including our organization shri Ganesh Seva Mandal, Laxmi Nagar and Maharashtra Bhavan, Paharganj, some other places in Delhi where Ganesh mohatsav also been celebrated are Mayur Vihar, Anand Vihar, Pachim Vihar and many other places including Noida and gurgaon.
According to Mahendra Ladda, our organization is different from other organization, while other organization including Maharashtra Sadan celebrates this festival totally in Marathi even they do there Pooja and Aarti in Marathi Laguage, our organization is the only one in Delhi who celebrate this festival in North Indian Language because Sri Gansh Sewa Mandal keeping in minds to attract all types of society and groups in Delhi. Ge added that more than 90% mebers of our organization is non Marathi . Sri Mahendra Ladda while giving information about the Mahotsav further said that” 14th Ganesh Mahotsav will be celebrated in the DDA Mini Stadium, Bank Enclave, Laxmi Nagar and main attraction will be more than twelve feet Idol of Lord Ganesha from Pune and the Idol of Lord Ganesha is made-up of clay and painted with natural colors which is Eco-Friendly, like earlier most Idols used to be madeup of plaster of Paris and were painted with toxic paints which is a major water pollutant like now days there are many projects going on in delhi for cleaning of Yamuna, As the Citizen of delhi we have the major duty not to pollute Yamuna, and there will be a 3 feet Ganesha’s mouse (Mushak) which is made of Metal and it is considered very holistic, said Mahender Ladda. The mouse (Mushak) of Lord Ganesha and its role is of prime importance to people .It is considered that if the devotee of Ganesha asks for any wish and that too in the years of the mouse (Mushak) is likely to be fulfilled. A 10 days long devotional Cultural Evening will be another attraction of 14th Ganesh Mahotsav to be organized by Shri Ganesh Seva Mandal. main attraction of the event will be Prominent singers from different states of India. Many renowned personalities will perform at the 14th Ganesh Mahotsav. Famous singer, actor and MP Manoj Tiwari, Hamsar Hayat, Nandkishor Sharma “Nandu bhaiya ji”, and “Bhaiya Chitra- Vchitra Maharaj” and many more prominent singers will be present there on 10days long Event.The members revealing information’s about Ganesh Mohatsav 2015 said ‘Sobha Yatra’ will be start on 17th September at 4.00 pm from F-229 Dua Associate, mangal bazar and will reached at DDA, Mini Stadium, Bank Enclave on 6.30 PM will be followed by mangal Murti Sthapna at 7.00 PM. Shobha Yaatra will be on Elephant, Horses and Rath. Small children will be seen in the dresses of Maharaj Shivaji and many other looks in Jhaanki. 108 women will be also participating in Kalash Yatra on this occasion. Flowers will shower during the Sobha Yatra which will a worth to be seen ceremony for Delhittes.
