Transsion Holdings and Spice Mobility announces joint venture to relaunch Spice in India

Transsion Holdings, a global conglomerate with a strong presence through itel and TECNO on Thursday announced a joint venture agreement with Spice Mobility, an Indian Business major across mobility space, to strengthen it’s foothold in the world’s fastest growing mobile market.
