UP STF arrests Ablaze director Ayushi Agarwal in connection with 3700 crore Noida Ponzi Scam!
In a joint operation of UP STF and SIT the wanted accused of Noida Ponzi Scam and wife of mastermind Anubhav Mittal, Aayushi Agarwal was arrested from Pune on evening of 25th December.
Aayushi Agarwal was listed as the director of Ablaze Info Solutions Private Limited which operated socialtrade.biz online portal and had allegedly done a scam of 3700 crore rupees under Ponzi Scheme or fake MLM model.
Aayushi Agarwal has replaced Anubhav Mittal’s father as director of the Ablaze company in March 2016, soon after her marriage.
Around 6.5 lakh people have invested their money in Online Ponzi Scam being operated through social trade website.
Cases of fraud regarding the same have been registered in Noida, Ghaziabad and other districts regarding the same. Over 150 cases are registered against Ablaze Solutions for committing fraud.
STF ASP (UP West) Rajiv Narayan Mishra and DSP Rajkumar Mishra led the operations together with SIT and arrested Ayushi from a housing society in Pune.
Other co-accuseds including her husband and father in law are already in police custody.
