Wave City Launches low-cost “Dream Homes” RERA Complaint Project starting from Rs. 16.6 Lakh!

Ghaziabad: Wave City, a RERA complaint project, offers low-cost homes for as low as Rs. 16.6 Lakh through lucky draw in its project “Dream Homes”. The scheme Wave City Grih Awas Yojna (WCGAY) in support of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) offers 450 units. Application for the scheme opens on December 2, 2017 and closes on January 15, 2018.

Under this scheme, bookings can be done for 9% and remaining to be paid at the time of possession with SBI Home Loans. Besides, under PMAY, Interest subsidy up to Rs. 2.6 lakh can also be availed by the beneficiary.

“Dream Homes” is available in 1, 2 and 3 BHK options starting from Rs. 16.63 Lakh.

If an allottee wins the lucky draw and decides to own a unit, the registration fee will be adjusted. For those who don’t win the draw, the registration amount will be refunded.

Dream Homes is registered under RERA (RERA Number: UPRERAPRJ3964) and Promoter’s RERA number UPRERAPRM5538.
