World Peace Mahayagya

When the world was inhabited by barbarians, as per modern historians, vedic rishis had mastered the concept of shanti (peace) and santulan (balance). Today, in this heyday of negativity, World Peace is the need of the hour, yagya is potent tool for the same,” shared Yogi Ashwini, the Guiding Light of Dhyan Foundation at the “World Peace Maha Yagya” organised by Dhyan Foundation in association with Indian Chamber of Human Resources on June 23 at Dhyan Ashram, New Delhi. The event also unveiled the new mobile application by AcharyaSethu which is aimed at bringing vedic culture in the form of yagyas, vastu, astrology and other services to ones doorstep. “It is unfortunate the youth today have no understanding of or access to the treasure trove of ancient Indian sciences. Acharya Sethu is doing commendable work by making the phenomenal power of vedic sciences accessible to one and all,” said Yogi Ashwini, the Guiding Light of Dhyan Foundation.

The event started with the demonstration of ancient indian arts of asans, martial arts and sword fighting by students of Yogi Ashwini. “It may seem ironic that martial arts is being performed at an event for World Peace, but then, the purpose of martial arts is not aggression, it is about stillness and internal strength which develops through stillness, an art which traveled from southern India to Central Asia, and from there to the rest of the world,” added Yogi Ashwini who is adept in  the ancient sciences of Yog, Tantra, Ayurved, Healing sciences, Vedic Martial Arts, Yagyas, Mantra Chanting and Art of the Mace.

Dhyan Ashram sadhikas, one an editor of a leading magazine and the other a 60-year-old working proffessional, performed asanas for the entire duration of 2 hour event with no sign of stress or fatigue. In fact, their glow seemed to increase with every subsequent asan. “Asans are not exercises and so are absent in the side-effects of overexercise, like ageing in the body, drying up of body fluids, joint pains, shooting breath and heart rate. I can say this out of my own example, because when I came to Yogi Ashwini, I suffered severe back ailments thanks to excessive gymming. I took to Sanatan Kriya and certain asans to stimulate sushumna nadi, and there has been no looking back,” shared Former Miss India Nikita Anand, who was the host for the evening.

The yagya saw the participation of thousands of sadhaks and seekers from all over the world at various Dhyan Foundation centers. What was unique was that there was no soot throughout the duration of 45 minute yagya, in fact, the air turned fragrant. “Yagya, through the medium of fire, purify the body and environment. Riddance from disease, glow and radiance, warding off of negativity, manifestation of thoughts are some of the benefits reported by those who have attended yagyas at Dhyan Ashram,” explained Yogi Ashwini. Proof of the efficacy of this science lies in the manifestations of various gods and goddesses in the yagya-agni at the time of purna-ahuti in the yagyas performed at Dhyan Ashram. Original unedited pictures of manifestations are available on dhyanfoundation.com.

Dhyan Foundation is a spiritual and charitable body of volunteers, transcending the barriers of religion, geography, social status, profession, etc to live and share the authentic path of sadhna and seva under the guidance of Yogi Ashwini, in lines with the ancient Guru Shishya Parampara. Dhyan Foundation teaches vedic martial arts, science of yagya and sanatan kriya across the world on a non-commercial basis.
