Yamuna Authority CEO Meets Builders to ensure delivery of ten thousand flats by December!

Officers of all three authorities in Gautam Buddha Nagar have started working on a promise made by CM Yogi Adityanath of allotting 50 thousand flats till December.
Yamuna Authority CEO Arun Veer Singh met with builders on Tuesday. Yamuna Authority is supposed to deliver 10,000 flats within this timeline, in which 4 thousand five hundred flats are from builders project informed Yamuna Authority CEO Arun Veer Singh on Monday.
After coming into power the builder-buyer issue has been taken on priority by the BJP government. For providing relief to the buyers CM Yogi Adityanath also met with senior officials and builders from the region in Lucknow in September. After due consideration of all the factors, he ordered builders to allot 50 thousand flats till December. However builders are also demanding relief measures such as Zero period from Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority, but this demand so far has been refuted by both the authorities.
On Tuesday a meeting was held in Gutam Buddha University where CEO Arun Veer Singh made it clear to the representatives of the builders to accomplish their construction work and full fill the formalities of obtaining completion certificates. It was also informed that many of the builders have already filled the form for obtaining completion certificates, also many who done this so far will also do it sooner.
In Yamuna Authority region 4 thousands five hundred flats who have to be delivered in this time are in builders project and fifty one hundred under Authority schemes . Further he told that projects like Ajnara, Gaur Sons, Supertech, ATS fall under Yamuna Authority area.
In Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna Authority area’s crores of hard earned money of buyers are stuck in builders projects. Buyer fraternity keeps on protesting on and off in the region to keep pressurizing the demand of their flats. It also was a big election issue in the region.
