The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to get the UP government’s nod for the second phase of Master Plan 2031, which was cleared in its board meeting last month. Once cleared, YEIDA will develop four new townships adjacent to the cities of Aligarh, Agra, Hathras and Mathura.

The total area under the master plan will be more than 2 lakh hectares, while the ‘four new nodes’ will be developed into smart cities across 30,000 hectares. This area has been declared as urban area by the YEIDA board.
