New Delhi: SSC Aspirants On Saturday assembled in Delhi from all over India for a protest rally at Parliament Street in New Delhi. The SSC candidates from UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, AP, MP and many more states reached Sansad Marg to Protest against SSC Scam. Many students have boycotted their recent SSC exams as paper leak, mass cheating plus many more malpractices exist in the system.

SSC Aspirants Gathered in Capital Recalling the protest led by thousands of SSC aspirants since 27 February, sitting outside the SSC headquarters in Delhi as well as at regional centres across the country for nearly three weeks, alleging the leakage of questions for the SSC-CGL (Combined Graduate Level) Tier-II Examination 2017 held from 17 to 22 February, the SSC cancelled the exam held in the morning shift on February 21.

On 24 February, the SSC declared that the 21 February exam will be re-conducted on 9 March 2018. However, the SSC blamed to some technical reasons and did not accept the allegations that corruption had led to the paper leak.

Students are demanding that the CBI investigation be monitored by a Supreme Court-appointed committee, and that the SSC must not conduct any other exam until the probe is over. Their demands include resignation of Union Minister of State for Personnel, Jitendra Singh as well.

Speaking To Ten News, SSC Candidates Said, “We don’t want only SC committee supervising the CBI probe, but also that the investigation not be limited to just the SSC-CGL Tier-II exam 2017. The demand is to investigate all tiers of all exams conducted by the SSC (such as the CHSL combined higher secondary level examination) in the past one year”.
