40 RWAs say they don’t recognize FONRWA

NOIDA: The recently concluded election of Noida’s umbrella RWA body president and executive council was shrouded in controversy after 40 RWAs claimed to have been left out of the process.

N P Singh was re-elected as the president of FONRWA during a meeting on July 27 and the executive committee was chosen on July 30. However, on Saturday, representatives of about 40 RWAs contested the appointments saying there was no intimation to most of them, and sent an affidavit to the deputy registrar, Meerut, saying they did not acknowledge the FONRWA body.
