Ajay Devgan announces non-release of Total Dhamaal in Pakistan, promotes movie in Delhi

New Delhi : Sharing India’s anger on Pulwama attack, Bollywood star Ajay Devgan on Monday announced that they will not be releasing their upcoming flick ‘Total Dhamal’ in Pakistan.



He made this announcement when the star cast of upcoming comedy movie ‘Total Dhamaal’ was attending a conference in Delhi where they shared their experience of working in the movie.The movie will be released on 22 February 2019.

Talking about his experience of working in the movie, Devgan said, ” We all are playing the role of crazy people in the movie. While shooting I had great fun and in many scenes, I couldn’t stop laughing.”

When asked about the content of the movie he added, ” It is very hard to make people laugh. You can’t laugh at one joke twice. Our team has worked hard on the script of the movie to entertain the audience. I hope the audience will appreciate it.”

Madhuri Dixit speaking about her role in the movie and comedy content, stated, ” I am playing the role of a Maharashtrian girl in the movie who got married to a Gujarati boy(Anil Kapoor) who both are chasing money in the movie. I had a great experience working again with Indra Kumar and all my co-stars on the sets .”

When asked about the uniqueness of the content of the movie, Director Indra Kumar said, ” It took us one year to work on the script of the movie. The movie is not just a plain comedy, it is an adventure/action comedy. Comedy shot in amidst of fire, water, forest, and nature adds to the uniqueness of the movie.”
