Advocate’s meet held at Central Bank of India, Mumbai Metropolitan Zonal Office

Mumbai (20/03/2024): Central Bank of India facilitated a pivotal gathering on March 19, 2024, bringing together the bank’s Panel Advocates for a strategic discussion. Led by Ashwani Dhingra, the Zonal Head of the Mumbai Metropolitan Zonal Office, the session aimed to bolster collaboration between the bank and its legal representatives, thereby expediting the resolution of cases involving substantial public funds.

Dhingra underscored the significance of such gatherings in fostering synergy, emphasizing their role in expediting the adjudication of the bank’s cases. Accompanied by Achint Kumar, Deputy Zonal Head, and Soman Nair, Assistant General Manager (Recovery), along with the bank’s Law Officers, the meeting drew the participation of esteemed legal practitioners from the city. Notable advocates specializing in Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, and the Bombay High Court lent their expertise to the discourse.
