Greater Noida (15/05/2026): The Bharat Shiksha Expo is emerging as one of India’s premier national platforms, bringing together educators, universities, industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, startups, and students to discuss the future of education, technology, entrepreneurship, skill development, and global careers.

During an engaging session at the India Expo Mart, distinguished panelists discussed how technological revolutions have continuously reshaped human civilization — from coal-powered industries to radio communication, from the internet revolution to the modern era of Artificial Intelligence and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

Excerpts from the Panel on Women Empowerment & Stress Management

Manju Kaul Raina, Principal, Greater Noida World School

“AI is the future, but it is not going to replace teachers or classrooms. What will change is the way we teach, the way students learn, and the overall educational paradigm. The focus will no longer remain merely on content, because content will be available instantly at the click of a mouse.

What will truly matter is how knowledge is implemented, experienced, and transformed into meaningful outcomes.

We must be prepared for a future where, by 2030, many traditional jobs may disappear due to automation and artificial intelligence. In such a world, survival will depend largely on having an entrepreneurial mindset.

Students must learn:

* How can I develop my ideas?
* How can I convert them into actionable plans?
* How can I sustain my vision and stay committed to it?
* How can I create something meaningful and purposeful for society?
* And ultimately, how can I establish my own identity and relevance in the world?

These are the areas where children should focus today.

And I must tell you, Dr. Dhoobi, that we started promoting AI learning and innovation as early as 2021, when the COVID period was ending. During that time, children were naturally becoming more inclined toward computers, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.

Today, almost everything that was once handled manually is available digitally. Technology has made processes faster and more accessible.

But there is one critical aspect that seems to be declining — creativity.

Creativity is something that cannot simply be customized or downloaded from Google. In fact, even Google today is searching for new ideas. That is why global platforms and companies organize competitions in schools and institutions, encouraging children to solve real-world problems through innovative thinking.

The future belongs not just to those who consume technology, but to those who create with imagination, originality, and purpose.”
