Ms Ameena Jung, spouse of hon. Lt Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung will inaugurate the Festival on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 4.00 PM and Ms Saumya Gupta, MD & CEO, Delhi Tourism will give away the prizes on Sunday ,March 6 at 4 PM .
