Amitabh Bachchan’s Granddaughter moves Delhi HC over Fake News on her Health

New Delhi (India), 20th April 2023: Aaradhya Bachchan, the granddaughter of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan, filed a complaint with the Delhi High Court accusing a YouTube tabloid of fabricating information regarding her health.

Aaradhya, the daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, has asked for a court order to prevent the media from writing stories about her while she is still a minor.

The case will be heard by a Delhi High Court panel on April 20. Aaradhya, 11, has petitioned 10 organisations to “de-list and deactivate all videos” concerning her.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell) as well as Google LLC have also been included as parties to the lawsuit.

Aaradhya Bachchan has encountered trolls frequently for a variety of reasons. When Bob Biswas was being promoted, an enraged Abhishek retaliated against the haters who were continually harassing his daughter.

While talking to BollywoodLife Abhishek had said, “While It’s completely unacceptable and something that I will not tolerate. I’m a public figure that’s fine, my daughter is out of bounds. If you have anything to say, come and say it to my face.”
