Bhim Army organises Hunkar Rally at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi!

New Delhi: (15/03/2019) Lok Sabha elections are around the corner and the election rallies has started and the switching of politicians from one party to other has also begun.



On Friday, Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad, who quickly identified himself among the dalit youth in western Uttar Pradesh, staged a protest rally at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

Azad, who was earlier detained by the UP Police in Deoband was admitted to hospital after reports of ill health and recorded his video urging the people to gather in large numbers on March 15.

JNUSU President N Sai Balaji also reached Jantar Mantar to support the Bhim Army’s Hunkar rally. While addressing the rally, Balaji said,

“If there is no strong candidate from the Opposition against Modi, then Bhim Army chief will fight against him. He said he wants Mayawati or Akhilesh to contest against him. He wants Modi to have a fight.”

Speaking to Ten News, Spokesperson Pyarelal Jatav, Bhim Army said,

“The political consensus has built up in ourfavour of Bhim Army since we have announced that we will be putting up candidates against PM Narendra Modi in Varanasi and Union Minister Smriti Irani.”

“There is no power in the world which could stop Delhi from turning blue during hunkar rally. Ever since we have pledged to defeat PM Narendra Modi, the government has been shaken but we will not stop,” he added.
