#Breaking: Delhi High Court accepts CBI’s plea to close Najeeb Ahmed’s case

Almost two years after Jawaharlal Nehru University student Najeeb Ahmed went missing, the Delhi High Court today gave the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) a go-ahead to file a closure report in the investigation.

The court rejected Ahmed’s mother Fatima Nafees’s plea to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the case.
