Builders are facing increased heat and scrutiny after meeting of Noida buyers with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Noticing current circumstances a meeting was held today between CREDAI members and Noida CEO.
Noida chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) has requested for a rebate to be granted to builders in terms of interest rate and demand money that is being paid to Noida authority.
Builder’s association has also claimed that farmers agitation of 2010-11 and NGT ban of 2013 to 2015 be considered as zero period. They have requested Noida Authority CEO Amit Mohan Prasad to consider these requests as benefits of all such provision will go directly to the flat buyers.
It is being claimed that if these requests are granted builders will get a relief of around 20% to 30% and could be able to utilize this money for speeding up the construction process.
During the meeting it was also proposed that whether NOC can be obtained for tower wise completion and can builders give possession of every tower as it gets completed.
All demands of builders are being analyzed by senior authority officials and no decision has been taken as of yet.
A detailed report of this important meeting will be released by authority in next week.
