“CM Kejriwal walks out of NDMC meeting after being questioned about schools”

New Delhi, 29 September 2022: In a video shared by Kuljeet Chahal, General Secretary of Delhi BJP and Member, NDMC, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was witnessed leaving the council meeting upon being questioned about unfinished business in his district, particularly in the area of education.

In the meeting, when BJP leader Kuljeet Chahal raised questions about the amount the chief minister used of the MLA Local Area Development (MLALAD) fund for the improvement of NDMC schools. Chahal said, “He walked out when I raised matters related to schools and the area.”

In a video of the event, Chahal is seen pointing to papers and questioning Kejriwal about the work being done in the district, particularly in the schools.
“According to an RTI, your MLA fund was not used. Please respond, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. The RTI claims that for the previous seven years, no work has been done for school children in NDMC areas,” Chahal was heard questioning Kejriwal
