Cold morning in Delhi
Delhi: It was a cold Wednesday morning in the capital with the minimum temperature recorded three notches below average at 4.4 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast light rains in the evening.
“There might be light rains in the city towards the evening,” said the India Meteorological Department official.
