New Delhi: On Chief Secretary Assault case, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) made a fresh attack against Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, LG Anil Baijal, Delhi police commissioner and IAS association. AAP termed this incident as conspiracy to heckle the Delhi Government.
While addressing media at party office on Tuesday, spokesperson of the party Saurabh Bharadwaj said that despite the evidence the Delhi Police is not taking any action in Delhi secretariat assault incident where AAP minister Imran Hussain and party leader Ashish Khetan were allegedly assaulted.
“So, we have moved to the Delhi high court for the justice. And Delhi high court not only accepted our application but also ordered to Delhi police to submit CCTV footages of the secretariat incident and Call records of Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash on the day of incident.”
The next hearing in the Imran Hussain assault incident is on March 1, where AAP has decided to file a criminal case against the Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, LG Anil Baijal, Delhi police commissioner and IAS association for hatching conspiracy against the Delhi government and provoking alleged Delhi employees for the secretariat incident under section 120 (B) of the IPC.
“As per the Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash comment he went to LG office after the alleged assault and called the Delhi police commissioner at night. So, why he did not file any FIR then? They all hatched a conspiracy against the government to hackle it.” Bharadwaj asserted.
