DPS Indirapuram, Meerut Road Campus hosted Little Leaders ‘Winsome India’
Ghaziabad: They say happiness comes in small packages. Well, the little bundles of joy running helter skelter and coloring Little Leaders Play School at DPS Indirapuram, Meerut Road Campus with their imagination and creativity, certainly proved adage to be true. The Annual Day of Little Leaders Play School, aptly named ‘Winsome India’, was a showcase of how talented these little students really are. The two hour event brought life to the colors of childhood, with programmes on various cultural songs that included Maharashtrian song Pinga kapori, Babu Zamidar of Punjab, Sindoor lal chadayo for Ganesha vandana, lungi dance of south and the special performance on Kandhe se milte hain kandhe to salute our brave Indian soldiers.
A fabulous Fashion Show by the talented little kids was followed after the dance performances. They walked the ramp with much confidence and joy. Enthusiasm of performing on stage was visible in their excitement. It was a delight to watch them perform with so much confidence in front of a huge crowd. Out of those who participated in fashion show, Master and Miss Leaders were announced. As each child is unique, certain parameters were set to judge them that included: Confidence, Costume, Speech, and Presentation.
The luminaries gracing the occasion included, Ms. Priti Jaiswal, Additional District Magistrate, Mr. Abhishek Bansal, Member of DPS Indirapuram, Ms. Prem Lata, Mr. Kapil Gupta, Ms. Anu Gupta, Mr. Pradeep Jain, Mr. Rajeev Jain and Ms. Sujata.
Ms. Anu Gupta, Chairperson, Little Leaders Play School said, “It is so heartwarming to see your child perform on stage. I feel proud of my teachers and students for putting in their best efforts to put up this wonderful show. This program confirms our commitment to excellence in both academics and all round development of a child.”

She further added, “I firmly believe that parents have all the power to nurture a happy and successful children, alone school cannot achieve this goal.”
