EPCH extends last date for submission of application form for IHGF Delhi Fair-Spring’2021
NEW DELHI – 22nd December’2020 – The globally acclaimed IHGF Delhi Fair Spring’2021 is heading towards its 51st edition – in a physical mode at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida from 13-17 March’2021. Although, COVID cases in India have drastically slashed down but recent development in UK is really pressing to review the preparation for IHGF Delhi Fair, said Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH informed that vaccination with respect to COVID-19 has started with full swing in many overseas countries and with this initiative, the whole world including India is going to be benefited and we hope to resume normal business activities. Elaborating further, he said while handicraft exporting fraternity is concerned about our major marketing initiative i.e. IHGF Delhi Fair-Spring’2021 to be held from 13-17 March, 2021 at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, the COVID vaccine is a positive sign.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH further informed that the last date for submission of application form for IHGF Delhi Fair-Spring’2021 which is presently 31st December, 2020 has now been extended to 15th January’ 2021.
The Handicrafts exports during the year 2019-20 was Rs. 25,270.14 crores crores and during 1st six months i.e April-September’2020-21 is Rs.9976.13 Crores and USD 1327.74 Million informed by Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General – EPCH.
