Excited with “Heeriye” Success, Singer Deep Money announces more focus on independent music now onwards!

New Delhi: Despite mixed reviews, Race 3 is all set to cross the 300-crore mark worldwide, after the successful run of two weeks at the box office. The action-thriller raced to an incredible Rs 170 crores at the domestic box office within two weeks of its run.

One of the factors that has contributed to the success of the ‘Race’ franchise is its music. That tradition continues with its third installment, ‘Race 3’.

The foot-tapping party song, Heeriye from the Salman Khan starrer, Race 3, has crossed over 100 million views on YouTube. Featuring Salman and Jacqueline Fernandez in a party setup, the song is a rage among party goers.

Heeriye’, the first song to release from the film is Sung by Neha Bhasin and Deep Money, it is a typical Bollywood dance number. Though the singers have done a commendable job on this Punjabi track.

On Friday Talented Singer Deep Money was seen in Capital for the success party of his song ‘Heeriye’ from the movie Race 3 for crossing over 100 million views on YouTube.

Ten News Caught up with Exclusive with the singer to share his experience after getting success in Bollywood.

Speaking to Ten News he said, “To be making a debut by singing for the biggest superstar in the country Salman Khan for one of the biggest film franchises, only proves that it was worth the wait.The best part of Heeriye is that you can keep listening and dancing on it.”

On being asked, if the current views garnering trend on YouTube, matters to him, Deep said, “Honestly, it is not something that we are looking at as we don’t believe in numbers. But i’m happy my song crossed 100 million mark.”

When asked about collaboration with Honey singh and Badshah, The Punjabi Singer said, “i want to concentrate on independent music now. Just like Diljit Dosanjh Paaji, who takes time out to do movies, sings in Bollywood and does
his independent stuff as well, I have to do the same.”
