“Farewell Party for 2008 Batch” in I.T.S Dental College, Greater Noida.
I.T.S Dental College, Greater Noida organized a scintillating Farewell Party for outgoing Intern batch of 2008 .
On 04th April, 2014 students of 2009 batch hosted a farewell for the passing out 2008 Intern batch. The Chief Guest of the program was Dr. R.B.L Goswami (former VC C.C.S University) and Guest of Honour was Maj. Gen. (Retd) Shenon Singh(Vir Chaker ).
They delivered words of wisdom to the students. Mr. S. Sood, Chief Administrator of ITS Education Group also graced the event by his presence. Prof. Dr. Anmol Kalha, Director of PG studies, I.T.S Dental College Hospital and Research Centre shared his thoughts about dental practice. Prof Dr. Puneet Ahuja, Principal, I.T.S Dental College Hospital and Research Centre addressed the gathering with his enlightening thoughts and encouraged the students to be a part of the alumni.
Few Interns initiated to share their experiences and memories of college life through speeches, shayaris, poems and songs. The dignitaries along with Dr. Shivjot Chinna, Professor, (Dept. of Periodontics) released the year book of 2008 batch “Footprints”.
Mementos were given to the interns by Maj. Gen. (Retd) Shenon Singh and Prof Dr. Puneet Ahuja. A vote of thanks was addressed by the Dr. Shivjot Chinnah and Aashi Gupta, Cultural Secretary (Student). The farewell was followed by a High-Tea Party for the faculty, Interns and students. The Interns Bid Adieu to the college life with a very enriched and invoked knowledge of dentistry and life, to build a better future for them and serve the humanity with good oral health.
