Father Agnel Gr Noida Celebrates Silver Jubilee of Bal Bhavan with Grand Festivities

Greater Noida (12 January 2025): Father Agnel School celebrated the silver jubilee of Bal Bhavan on 11 January 2025, marking 25 years of dedication and service to underprivileged children. The event was a grand affair, held on the school premises with enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and management. The celebration began at 10:00 a.m. with a melodious performance by a group of children, setting a vibrant tone for the day.

The Principal of Father Agnel School welcomed the gathering with heartfelt words, emphasizing the significance of the milestone. Addressing the audience, he stated, “This year holds unique importance as we celebrate 25 years of Bal Bhavan. For the past 25 years, with God’s grace and the support of our Fathers, we have worked towards two core objectives. Firstly, to provide love, care, and hope to underprivileged children, and secondly, to instill in them a sense of purpose so they can flourish and give back to the community.”

The Principal shared an overview of the school’s journey, highlighting its achievements over the past 25 years. He expressed gratitude to the Fathers for their unwavering dedication, adding, “No words can express what you have done for our children. Your efforts have helped transform lives, giving hope and opportunities to those who needed them the most.”

The event featured energetic dance performances and soulful singing by students, showcasing their talent and enthusiasm. The audience was captivated by the performances of the “cute little children,” whose energy and joy brought smiles to everyone present.

Father Karvalo, a key figure in the institution, delivered an inspiring speech, reflecting on the journey of the past 25 years. He said, “If we look back, one constant has been our gratitude to God. From the time we wake up to the time we sleep, we are thankful for His blessings. The vision of our founder, Father Bento, was deeply rooted in serving the poorest and most deprived. Starting in Mumbai, he focused on providing education, food, and shelter to children who had nothing.”

Father Karvalo further elaborated on the importance of having a grateful heart and a purpose-driven life. “The power of personal connections is what makes us human. The drive of the human spirit can achieve immense things when fueled by passion and purpose. It is not just about giving shelter or food; it’s about spreading a message of hope and making a difference in the world,” he added.

When this celebration was planned, our super seniors—students who are now in college or working—took charge, telling me to relax while they organized everything.
