Galgotias University Honored as “Best Exhibitor” in Holistic Involvement at VIVIBHA 2024

Galgotias University has been awarded the prestigious “Best Exhibitor” in the Holistic Involvement Category at the Vision of Viksit Bharat – VIVIBHA 2024, held at Gurugram, from November 15 to 17, 2024. This remarkable recognition underscores the university’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and holistic development. The event, organized by Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, witnessed the participation of over 9000 individuals, including school & college students, researchers, innovators, and industry leaders, who showcased cutting-edge advancements across various fields.

At the exhibition, Galgotias University showcased a range of groundbreaking projects, including a Wireless Electric Bus, Electric Bicycle, Racing Car, and Rapid Prototyping & 3D Printing Technologies. The display also featured the university’s exquisite sports facilities, highlighting its achievements in fostering talent in both academics and extracurricular pursuits. This comprehensive exhibit captured the spirit of the event, focusing on the integration of research, innovation, and sustainable practices.

A key highlight was the interaction between the university’s representatives and prominent dignitaries. Esteemed personalities such as Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of RSS, Dr. S. Somnath, ISRO Chairman, and Nobel Laureate Dr. Kailash Satyarthi visited Galgotias’ pavilion and praised the innovative projects presented. Their engagement with the students and faculty underscored the national significance of the research and innovations on display. Dr. Indrash Kumar, a senior RSS official, also visited the pavilion, adding further prestige to the event with his insights and encouragement for the students and faculty. Other notable visitors included Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, and Dr. Satish Reddy, former DRDO Chairman, whose insights emphasized the convergence of education and national security.

Sitharam, AICTE Chairman, Prof. Manish Joshi, UGC Secretary, and Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, NETF Chairman, lauded Galgotias University’s dedication to fostering a culture of innovation.
