GB Nagar MP wants DND to be toll free

A day after Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and the Noida Authority inked a pact for the 3.962-km Metro corridor between Kalindi Kunj and Botanical Garden in Noida, the Gautam Budh Nagar MP demanded enhanced connectivity for the city in the Lok Sabha on Thursday. Dr Mahesh Sharma, BJP member of Parliament from the district, also demanded a toll-free Delhi-Noida-Direct flyway.

Calling Noida and GB Nagar the show-window of UP as well as the NCR, Sharma spoke of long-standing issues related to 24-hour power supply, change of lease-hold land to free-hold for allottees and education. ”
