Greater Noida Authority to have call centre facility for resolving citizen issues in time bound manner

Now registering complaints for Greater Noida residents will become easier as Greater Noida Authority is going to start a call center service in authority office for registering complaints. Authority has taken this initiative to ease the problems of villagers and residents of Greater Noida so that they don’t have to visit authority office again and again and can place their complaint from home.

As per the plan three call centers will be opened in authority building which will be handed over to a private company for its operation. The best part of the initiative will be the specific time limits for the disposal of the complaint. Suggestions will be also taken over phone from the complainant to sort out the trouble if possible. Complaint will be sorted out as per the citizen charter that will have specific timelines for specific kind of complaint.

There after call center will forward the complaint to the related department and the department have to revert it to the call center after fixing it in a specific period of time.

 

Greater Noida Authority now a days is focusing over methods to make everything online and digitalize and most of the services have already being made available online. Services like submission of electricity bills, payments of EMI’s of properties, approval of application for architecture of house and two dozen of services are now online.
Earlier only plots up to 500 square meter got there online approval of their map l but from now all kind of plot maps will get approval online.
