Greater Noida Authority Takes Key Decisions at 110th Board Meeting!

110th board meeting of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority was organized today. Incumbent Chairman of Greater Noida authority and Infrastructure & Industrial Development Commissioner Dr. Anup Chandra Pandey was presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by Greater Noida Authority CEO Debasish Panda, DM BN Singh and all key officials of Greater Noida Authority.
Issues related to flat delivery schedule, ERP implementation in Greater Noida Authority, creation of new land banks, solid waste management plant etc. were discussed during today’s meeting.
It was decided that pre-August 2011 Industrial land allottees will be given extended time till 31st January 2018 for land deed execution and making their industrial units functional.
Also the industrialists who have been allotted land in ecotech-11 sector were also given benefit of extended period till 31st January. It was also decided that industries that will make their plants functional within next two years will be given added benefit by waiving penalty of three years.
During the meeting the builder construction penalty clause was also clarified and structured. It has been now decided that the builders who are found flouting construction timeline have to pay penalty after three years which will keep on increasing by 1% every year.
On Solid Waste Management Plant issue the CEO informed that tenders will be floated with in next two weeks and the work is expected to begin very soon at 50 hectare acquired land fill site. The process of finalizing a bidder for collection, segregation, transportation and disposal of solid waste will be taken on priority.
Greater Noida authority is targeting delivery of 18,500 to twenty two thousand flats in the coming months. Builders have been given necessary instructions for the same.
