Talking about the technology’s role in hiring at Reliance Industries, she said,

“Whether it is reliance or it’s any other organisation, Hiring is one thing which will be and which has a huge potential of getting completely automated with the help of artificial intelligence. Also block chains will also play a very major role in ensuring that whatever data coming to a higher manager or a HR BP in terms of candidate it gets very well validated.”

When asked about her Success Mantra, she said,

“There is no one success mantra for anything there are multiple things which a individual has to learn. But from my experience learning egility is one mantra is very helpful. you know that technology keeps on changing every year there’s is a new technology which comes into picture. So learning egility is one characteristic or one competency in somebody which needs to be always there.”
