I.T.S Engineering College welcomes new batch of Engineering and Management students

I.T.S Engineering College celebrated its 16th Orientation Program on 19th October, 2021 to welcome the newly admitted students into engineering and management courses. The two hour offline event witnessed some mesmerising performances by the second and third year students alongside informative presentations by the college officials. The event was organised at the college auditorium with all the COVID protocols

Lamp lighting by the authorities amidst the pious Saraswati Vandana set the tone of the program. An overview about the rich legacy of I.T.S Engineering College and its service toward the cause of education was shared by Shruti Chadha – Lady Vice Chairman to the august gathering.

Dr. B.C. Sharma, the Director of the college shared his pearls of wisdom with the new members of the I.T.S.

The program had an impressive lineup of a pool of informative presentations related to the various committees functional in the premises by Dr. Sanjay Yadav – Dean Students Welfare, institute academia and a brief introduction of the various departmental heads by Dr. Deepa Singh, university academic evaluation scheme by Dr. O.P. Chaudhary – first year head of the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities besides an interactive session on training and placement activities in the college by Ms. Shalini Khatri.

One of the major highlights of the programme was the corporate shot video that encapsulated the metamorphosis of a student from an unconfident fresher to a polished and confident final year student. There were also sessions devoted to the functioning of the college administrative department by the college Registrar and a slideshow on the innovative inventions and ideas by the entrepreneurship development cell of the college.
