IHE 2025 Concludes on a High Note with Innovation, Culinary Passion & Entrepreneurial Sparks

Greater Noida, August 6, 2025: The 8th edition of the India International Hospitality Expo (IHE 2025) came to a spectacular close today at the India Expo Centre & Mart, having welcomed over 26,000 business visitors, B2B buyers, industry experts, exhibitors, and changemakers from across India and beyond. Organised by India Exposition Mart Ltd. (IEML), the expo stood out as a 360-degree hospitality showcase, uniting the best of sourcing, sustainability, technology, design, gastronomy, and thought leadership under one roof.

With participation from over 1,000 brands and 260+ exhibitors, the expo showcased cutting-edge innovations and sourcing solutions across various categories, including Food & Beverage, Hospitality Tech, Kitchen Equipment, Textiles, Furnishings, Tableware, Wellness Products, and more. Attendees engaged in live demos, workshops, industry challenges, and exclusive B2B networking forums that created new market linkages and growth opportunities. Highlights such as the Master Bakers India Challenge, Zero-Proof Cocktail Competition, Housekeepers Conclave 3.0, and the IIID Interior Design Conclave received overwhelming appreciation, making IHE 2025 a melting pot of experience and evolution for the Hospitality Industry.

Among the key events on the final day were Agropure Culinary League 2025 and Campus2Startup 1.0.

Agropure Culinary League 2025: Celebrating India’s home chefs, the grand finale of this one-of-a-kind league turned humble besan (gram flour) into gourmet brilliance. Finalists from across the country presented dishes rooted in culture and bursting with creativity. Evaluated by an eminent jury of culinary experts, the competition was a tribute to regional flavours, personal flair, and the powerful storytelling that food can offer.

Campus2Startup 1.0: This debut initiative, powered by EVANIH brought together students, mentors, and industry veterans to bridge the gap between campus ideas and real-world entrepreneurship. From a powerful keynote by Chef Davinder Kumar to an inspiring panel on hospitality entrepreneurship, the session culminated in a live pitch round where young visionaries showcased their ideas, backed by startup toolkits and mentoring support.

IHE 2025 proved to be far more interactive than it was expected. It was a celebration of people, products, and purpose. From zero-waste design dialogues to investment-focused sessions, skill competitions, and curated buyer-seller meets, every aisle, stage, and kitchen told a story of how India’s hospitality sector is innovating, collaborating, and scaling new heights.
