IHE gives you what you want and not what you already have: Amarjeet Ahuja, founder, PPFI

New Delhi, 20 July 2022: In conversation with Ten News Network, Amarjeet Ahuja, Founder of PPFI and Director Procurement at Le Meridien spoke about the 5th India International Hospitality Expo 2022.

IHE is one of the biggest Hospitality fairs organised in the country by the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida which is going to be scheduled for the month of August. It is also an opportunity and an ideal platform for all hospitality professionals to learn and exchange ideas and showcase new technologies and innovations.

“The future of the hospitality industry is very bright and this is the right time for the people whose business collapsed during the pandemic, now is the time and opportunity to revive the business”, said Ahuja. He also notes that, previously the hospitality industry was restricted to the hills, now it’s back again to the cities. Business will see a rise and bloom in the coming years.

Addressing the difference this year, Amarjeet Ahuja stated that the IHE is going to be different this year by getting more and better technology. This year, the focus is going to be on technology. Moreover, after 2 years of pandemic this is the first offline event and this time we have invited hospitality students to the IHE event. Besides, with the vision of expanding the hospitality industry we have also invited the event management industry to showcase their ideas and exhibits.

He concluded by giving a message to the business stakeholders, “IHE gives you what you want and not what you already have so this is the opportunity to come and learn and expand your business and growth.”
