In an exclusive conversation with Ten News, Dr. Avadhesh Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor (Planning) of Galgotias University shared detailed insights of the convocation ceremony.

With about 3800 students, including 8 PhDs, around 1000 post graduates and rest undergraduates receiving their degrees, the institute yet again proved its legacy. Talking about placements, Dr. Avadhesh said that Galgotias University is known for its placement opportunities which played a key role in a whopping rise in the number of students enrolled from 1600 at the time of its inception to now 17000+ students in this multidisciplinary university with over 150 courses. Many students in the University have bagged annual packages of more than 40 lakhs. However, placement is not the only objective, rather the university focuses on holistic development of the students which leads to creation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
