IN ORDER TO GET MEDIA ATTENTION ARVIND KEJRIWAL REFUSES TO FILL THE BAIL BOND AND PREFERS JAIL

Expressing his reaction to Arvind Kejriwal’s denial to fill bail bond and prefer to go to Jail, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Dr. Harsh Vardhan has said that Mr. Kejriwal decided to do so only to get the media attention because he remained out of media focus for a long time. His decision indicates that the Aam Aadmi Party does not believe in Indian Legal and Judicial System. These people adopt new tactics to mislead the people.

He said that the people of Delhi have understood the falsehood of AAP and its leader Arvind Kejriwal. This is the reason why AAP has been routed in the Lok Sabha Elections. The people of Delhi had made this party victorious in 28 Assembly Constituencies and the same people have rejected the AAP in Lok Sabha Elections.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the country now wants development and rule of law. The people of the country have great hopes from Shri Narendra Modi and the BJP and this is the reason why the people have given clear mandate to BJP breaking all the barriers. Now, the people of Delhi and the country want development works to be done and not misled by the drama of Arvind Kejriwal.

He further said that Shri Kejriwal had leveled false charges of corruption against Shri Nitin Gadkari only to defame BJP during the elections. His charges have been proved to be false. Shri Nitin Gadkari had to file case of defamation against Shri Kejriwal in Patiala House Court. Firstly Shri Kejriwal did not appear in the court on the dates fixed by it. Today when he appeared in the court, refused to fill the bail bond. The court cautioned him that if he will not fill the bond then he will have to go to Jail. But Shri Arvind Kejriwal deliberately refused to fill the bail bond so that he could be sent to Jail and get media attention.
