INTERVIEW: Fighting for a Fairer society to provide Legal help to the Poor, Advocate Priyanka Singh

New Delhi: We all know Lawyers play different roles, many of which are only seen by those who directly benefit from their services. While the drama of the courtroom is emphasized in film and novels, no less important and far more prolific are the many services provided out of the limelight, but upon which both business and government depend.


Advocate Priyanka Singh who is a reputed lawyer practicing in multiple district courts across Delhi, the Delhi High Court as well as the Supreme Court Recently received “Young Achiever” award in field of “Social Service through Legal help to the Poor”.

Priyanka is known for her professionalism and ethical conduct and she can be consulted for a wide variety of legal matters. Advocate Priyanka Singh provides also provide legal services in various fields including criminal defence, property disputes, divorce cases, and even corporate cases.  Advocate Singh enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2006. She is a member of the Supreme Court Bar, Delhi Court Bar and Tiz Hazari Court Bar Associations.

Ten News Exclusively Caught up with the Advocate Priyanka Singh where she told our Correspondent Prerit Chauhan, How “A lawyer is and must ever be the high priest at the shrine of justice”. Singh also talked about how The violation of women’s fundamental rights through physical, mental, emotional, and sexual violence against women has become almost commonplace in the Indian context.
