Just in: PIL filed against Sanjay Dutt’s release

Actor Sanjay Dutt is all set to be a free man tomorrow as his jail term is finally coming to an end. Not only his family and friends but also his innumerable fans are keenly looking forward to his release. In fact, a restaurant owner is also offering free meals tomorrow in Mumbai to celebrate the occasion.

However, in a major twist, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed today against Dutt’s release, as reported by Times Now. The petitioner is a person named Pradeep Bhalekar. The report also states that he had earlier written to the Bombay High Court against Dutt’s release. The hearing of the PIL will take place tomorrow (February 25, 2016).
