New Delhi, 29 October 2022: Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal has recently started a campaign to select the chief ministerial candidate for the forthcoming Gujarat Assembly elections 2022.
The party further issued a phone number, 635-7000-360, for state residents to text or WhatsApp their choice for the party’s chief ministerial candidate, including an email, Aapnocm@gmail.com.
“The Gujarati people should advise us on the next chief minister. We are providing an email address and a number. You have until November 3 at 5 p.m. to provide your thoughts on it. The outcome will be made public on November 4th, ” said Kejriwal in a statement in Surat.
The phone line will be operational on November 3 till 5 p.m., and on November 4 the party will nominate a candidate for chief minister in Gujarat.
By the end of this year, elections for the 182-member Gujarat Legislative Assembly are expected to take place. However, the polling schedule has not yet been disclosed.
