MAHILA MORCHA DEMANDS APOLOGY FROM CHIEF MINISTER ARVIND KEJRIWAL FOR THE MISCONDUCT OF HIS MLA DINESH MOHANIA

New Delhi, 27th June. Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha workers of Karol Bagh & Chandni Chowk Districts today held demonstrations at Paharganj & Town Hall Chowk of Chandni Chowk. The demonstration at Karol Bagh was led by Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha President Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat in which hundreds of women including Delhi BJP Secretary Smt. Sudha Sharma, District President Smt. Seema Arora, Councillors Smt. Poornima Vidhyarthi, Smt. Archana Gupta, Smt. Shyam Bala and District General Secretary Smt. Anju Sood participated.

The demonstration at Chandni Chowk was led by District President Smt. Seema Nigam and Councillor Smt. Neelam Dhiman.

Addressing the women demonstrators Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that Aam Aadmi Party had promised safety & honour for the women during in election campaign. After they came to power they have made no effort to work for the women safety & empowernment and today we find AAP MLAs assaulting women. It is shocking to see that CM Arvind Kejriwal instead of condemning his MLA for assaulting women is trying to defend him through demonstrations. She said the Mahila Morcha demands apology from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the misconduct of his MLA Dinesh Mohania. In next three days Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha will organise demonstrations all over Delhi to take this matter amongst the women.

Delhi Bjp Holds Seminar On Civic Services & Central Schemes For Slum Dwellers

New Delhi, 27th June. Delhi BJP Rehabilitation Cell today organized a seminar on civic services & central government schemes for the residents of rehabilitation colonies and jhuggi basties. In the seminar hosted by Rehabilitation Cell Convenor Shri Pawan Khandelwal senior BJP leaders Shri Shyam Jaju, Shri Satish Upadhyay, Shri Siddharthan, several Municipal Councilors from rehabilitation colonies including EDMC Dy. Mayor Shri Raj Kumar Dhillon took part and condemned Delhi Government for its failure to extend the benefits of Central Government schemes being used by all other state governments for the benefit of slum dwellers. The Councillors who spoke at the seminar said that despite limited resources all three Municipal Bodies have tried to provide sanitation to the basties and have opened many primary schools near major jhuggi basti clusters during last four years. They assured that civic bodies will try to build more toilet blocks in rehabilitation colonies & jhuggi basties.
