This insightful event aimed to shed light on the impact of digital media and social media on the health and well-being of millennials, with a special focus on children.
The event was anchored and moderated by Neha Puri, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. The round table brought together esteemed experts and passionate individuals to discuss the digital media on millennial health.

Amit Dubey, author and national security expert, discussed the intersection of digital health and national security. Dr Nancy Juneja, the Founder & CEO of RevUp|MENTORx and a Mentor of Change for Niti Aayog, GOI, emphasized the importance of mentorship. Kanika Chawla, the Founder & Director of The Popsicles Learning Centre, and Poonam Budhiraja, the HOD SSc at Manav Rachna International School, focused on empowering children in the digital landscape.
