Saturday morning in Delhi not only came with slight night in the air, announcing arrival of the winter but also brought with it lot of optimism and positivity. Courtesy Council of Royal Roots, global impact leaders of CSR, SDGs and Social impact investors, philanthropists and government agencies came together for sharing a positivity roadmap for nation development.
The high profile event started on an enthusiastic note in the presence of Suresh Prabhu, former railway minister, Dr Mahesh Sharma, former minister of culture and tourism, Dr Dnyaneshwar Mulay (IFS), Chairman, International Cooperation Advisory Committee at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and Krishna Pal Yadav, Member of Parliament.
Former HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal also addressed the gathering through video conferencing. Bollywood star Nana Patekar also shared a video message congratulating Dr Mulay for successfully organising the event.
Union Minister Ramdas Athawale also gave his address through video conferencing.
The daylong conference had many eminent speakers and delegates. A technical session on Quality Education – National Priority, witnessed eminent educationists including JNU VC M Jagadesh Kumar, sharing his thoughts.
Another session on role of sustainability in nation building had stakeholders from the NGOs and CSR impact groups sharing their thoughts.
Speakers also outlined the significance of investing in India’s future in another important session.
In all, the daylong event left all delegates and speakers infused with fresh energies and thoughts, along with an optimistic outlook towards the bright future of India.
