THREE DRUG TRAFFICKERS ARRESTED IN SEPARATE INCIDENTS. TOTAL 40 KG OF GANJA AND 370 GM OF FINE QUALITY HEROIN SEIZED.

• TOTAL 40 KG OF GANJA AND 370 GM OF FINE QUALITY HEROIN SEIZED.
• VALUE OF THE SEIZED CONTRABAND IS RS.60 LAC (APPROXIMATELY) IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET.

Crime Branch has apprehended three drug traffickers namely (i) Aminullah @ Pintoo (30 yrs) s/o Mohd Shamshad Lashkar r/o 2323, Phase III, JJ Colony Madan Pur Khadar, Delhi, (ii) Sachin @ Sonu (23 yrs) s/o late Surender r/o D-163, JJ Cluster, Inder Puri, Delhi and (iii) Aslam Hussain @ Raju (32 yrs) s/o Shams-ul Hasan r/o Village Sursena, Tehsil Bisoli, District Badayun, UP and recovered 40 kg of ganja and 370 gm of fine quality heroin from their possession in three separate incidents.

TEAM, INFORMATION AND OPERATIONS: –

Teams of Narcotics Cell led by DCP M.A. Rizvi and consisting of ACP Ravinder Kumar Tyagi, Insprs. Kuldeep Singh, Vivek Pathak, SIs Sanjay Neolia, Karamveer, HCs Ravinder, Sushil, Mahesh and Kanwal Singh under the supervision of Addl.CP Alok Kumar have recovered 40 kg of ganja and 370 gm of fine quality heroin in the following three separate incidents: –

• Information was received on 22.08.2015 by SI Sanjay Neolia that one person namely Aminullah @ Pintoo, who is resident of Madan Pur Khadar, Delhi is indulged in sale & supply of ganja. The Information further entailed that Aminullah @ Pintoo would come near Yamuna Bazar, Ring Road towards ITO for delivering a huge consignment of ganja to someone. Accordingly, a trap was laid and one person namely Aminullah @ Pintoo was apprehended and 40 kg ganja was recovered from his possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No.126/15 dated 22/08/15 u/s 20 NDPS Act was registered at PS Crime Branch in this regard.
• In the second incident, information was received on 22.08.2015 by SI Karmveer Singh that one person namely Sachin @ Sonu, who is resident of JJ Cluster, Inder Puri, Delhi is indulged in sale & supply of heroin in bulk and retail. The Information further entailed that Sachin @ Sonu would come on a red scooty No.DL-8BS-3655 near bus stand, Videocon Tower, Rani Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, Karol Bagh, Delhi to deliver a huge consignment of heroin to someone. A trap was laid near the expected place and one person namely Sachin @ Sonu was apprehended and 170 gm of fine quality heroin was recovered from his possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No.127/15, dated 22/08/15, u/s 21/25 NDPS Act was registered PS Crime Branch in this regard.
• In third catch, information was received on 25.08.2015 that one person namely Aslam Hussain @ Raju, who is resident of Badayun, UP is indulged in supply of heroin in Delhi. The information further entailed that Aslam Hussain @ Raju would come near Sh. Vishwanath Sanskrit Maha Vidyalaya, Ring road, ahead of ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi for delivering a consignment of heroin to someone. A trap was laid at the given place and one person namely Aslam Hussain @ Raju was apprehended and 200 gm of heroin was recovered from his possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No.129/15, dated 25/08/15, u/s 21 NDPS Act was registered PS Crime Branch in this regard.

INTERROGATION AND PROFILE: –

• Aminullah @ Pintoo (30 yrs) s/o Mohd Shamshad Lashkar r/o 2323, Phase III, JJ Colony Madan Pur Khadar, Delhi was born in Kolkata. His father had shifted to Delhi when he was 8 years old and started living in Jhuggi, East of Kailash, New Delhi. He has studied upto 7^th His father used to sell cloths in ferry. After dropping out, he learnt embroidery work for six months and started embroidery work in different shops. He set up his own work of embroidery at Shera Mohalla, Garhi Village, Delhi. In 2012, he got married and has one daughter from the wedlock. He had incurred loss in the business and was unable to meet the daily needs of his family. Then, he came in contact with one Ramzan through his brother-in-law Shaheen Sheik, who resides at Madanpur Khadar. Ramzan was indulged in sale and supply of ganja in Delhi after procuring the same from Kolkata. Ramzan lured Aminullah to earn easy money and he started procuring Ganja from Ramzan and selling it to Anil of Mathura and Rafiq of Nizamuddin, Delhi.
• Sachin @ Sonu (23 yrs) s/o late Surender r/o D 163, JJ Cluster, Inder Puri, Delhi has a poor financial back ground and is illiterate. His father passed away 6 years back. He is married but unemployed. He had come in contact of one Ashok r/o JJ Cluster, Inder Puri, Delhi who was indulged in supply of drugs at Inder Puri and nearby area. He was lured by Ashok in supply of heroin. In order to earn livelihood, he started supplying heroin in Delhi to small retailers.
• Aslam Hussain @ Raju (32 yrs) s/o Shams-ul Hasan r/o Village Sursena, District Badayun, UP was born in his village. His father is a farmer and he has two brothers and three sisters. He has studied upto 7^th Due to poor financial condition, he left his studies and started assisting his father. In June 2011, he got married and has three sons from the wedlock. He started farming on ‘Batai’ Due to heavy showers, his crops destroyed and he suffered heavy loss. Then, he came in contact with Pappu of Bhagwan Pur, Bareilly, who was indulged in sale & supply of heroin. Pappu lured him to join him and he started procuring heroin from Pappu and supplying it in Delhi to the receiver/contacts of Pappu.
