NIET Conducts Joint Campus Placement Drive for HCL Technologies
Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida, conducted a successful joint campus placement drive for HCL Technologies on 17 & 18th July, 2014. The mega placement drive was open for all B.Tech students of batch 2014.
Around 2500 candidates from 24 Institute/colleges across North India registered for the process. The selection process consisted of Pre Placement Talk and Online Test on the first day. A total of around 1000 students were shortlisted for the process on the second day. The shortlisted students from the first day were called for the Technical and HR Interviews on the second day.
The selected candidates have been offered the position of Software Engineer with a package of 3.5 Lac/Annum. The candidates were hosted very well and all the arrangements for the basic requirements were taken care by the institute’s management. Students of the institute have also taken active participation to manage the event.
Ms. Saloni Dhingra, Group Manager – Talent Acquisition, HCl Technologies, said that the event was a great opportunity for the job aspirants. She added that students had to register through AMCAT for the pool drive. The candidates were asked to bring 5 sets of resumes, passport size photos and academic certificates.
40 executives from various branches and regions including HR, technical & regional heads were present in this drive. The interviews culminated throughout the second day were quite successful, and the final results will be declared by tomorrow.
The Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition, Mr. Gaurav Bhari, appreciated the selected students & encouraged the students who could not be selected. He further advised the students to work hard & achieve the goal during other such placement drives.
