NIRF Ranking: Galgotias University takes 30 point leap in Engineering, breaks into top 100 for Management education

Greater Noida, 15th July: Galgotias University has taken a 30 point leap in Engineering education as per the NIRF ranking released on Friday by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

While the the University was ranked at 177th position in 2021, this year it has been able to break into top 150 engineering institutes with rank 147

The University also participated in the management education ranking for the first time and managed to break into top 100 with 97 rank among 751 management institutes which participated.

The NIRF India ranking parameters differ for all the categories. The broad categories adopted to rank the colleges, universities and institutes are Teaching, Learning and Resources; Research and Professional Practice; Graduation Outcomes; Outreach and Inclusivity and Peer Perception. The weighted average for each of the categories however differs with categories.

Galgotias university offers more than 200 programmes, such as MBA, Engineering, MA, BTech, BBA and various others. The University boasts of providing students with amenities such as lush green lawns, centrally air-conditioned ultramodern buildings, sports facilities both indoor and outdoor, Wi-Fi enabled campus with digital library, IT-enabled classrooms, healthcare facilities, and many more.<

The fact that it grabbed the second position in terms of application received by private universities under CUET 2022 is a fitting testimony to its growing popularity.
